The Resources is a plain index into CAQA Resources, part of CAQA Groups. It exists for the person who already knows the code and wants the line, the format and the price.
CAQA Resources publishes training and assessment resources for registered training organisations, with over 100,000 products on its store. This site shows a sample of them, set out by package and code, then sends you to the store for everything else.
How buying works
You look things up here and buy on caqaresources.com.au. Every line opens the product on the store, where the current price, licence and full product details are shown. Prices are the store's listed prices when this page was published. The store price at checkout applies.
The licence
Unlimited student licence: deliver to unlimited students within the purchased licence conditions. It is a one-off licence fee, with no annual or ongoing fees. Documents come in Microsoft Word so you can customise them. Read the licence on the store before you buy, because it is for your RTO and cannot be shared with another organisation.
What we will not claim
No resource can promise an outcome at audit, and nothing here does. Your RTO must still contextualise, validate and implement what it buys. Check every code on training.gov.au, and read ASQA's page on the Standards for RTOs 2025 for what the regulator looks for.
The Resources is not affiliated with ASQA or the Australian Government.
